Qlikview shortcut

Hi Experts,

I've QlikView Desktop installed on my computer. I want to open an application residing at QlikView Server. Is it possible for me to have a shortcut on my desktop for my application? so that all I have to do is double click on my shortcut to directly open my application rather than opening qlikview first and then connect with server and select my application.

Is there any way to get this shortcut?

Sure, just set up a shortcut to qv.exe and send in the qvp:// URL instead of a filename.  Here's an example:

c:\program files\qlikview\qv.exe qvp://myservername/AccessPoint/Sales/Sales.qvw
