You posted the same question on the 3rd.
I received no response from you so assumed you were happy with the reply. There is no specific support process for QlikView. The support process and requirements will be driven by the company you work for, usually the IT depertment.
If this is not what you mean, please clarify what you mean by 'support process'.

There is a free tool available on QlikMarket called the QlikView Governance Dashboard which provides diagnostic information on your QlikView environment which may help you for system monitoring.
My understanding of content migration support is more to do with ensuring compliance with processes put in place for implementation of new apps or enhancements in a controlled manner e.g. code review, business sign off, meeting SLAs (as mentioned in previous post). Again this may be something that your company would determine.
