QlikviewPDF with non-admin user role

Hi, Everyone

Need Help.

And i don't think this issue might relate to Qlikview product directly.

I am using batch command to reload qvw & macro to print pdf report. (i set the 'bypasssaveas' to '1')

If i am using administrator role to run the batch script, the pdf could be generated properly.

If i am using non-admin role to run the batch script, i can see the qlikviewpdf printer printing 1 report.

But in my specified dir, no pdf generated.

If i put the macro in a qlikview button & click on it, non-admin role could not generate pdf as well. (bypasssaveas = 1)

however, if i change the 'bypasssaveas' = 0, the pop up appears & i am able to save the pdf manually.

If i click the report template 'RP01' manually, i am able to have the popup and save to pdf successfully.

I am here to ask whether anybody has encountered this before.

and any solution to it.

I guess it might related to windows scripting / pdf printinng / windows access right relations.

best regards

mingming

Hi, All

Anyone can help?

I think this issue requires the knowledge in Windows, Windows access right & windows scripting.

No Qlikview knowledge may required.

Somebody please help.

Thanks a lot.
