HI!

My question is as to how I could exclude records from my pivot table which are in order.Only the records which are not in order to be displayed. Data presentation is as follows:

Ref_Number               Paid commissions          Allowed commissions     Excess(If Any)

RA00D125                    500                              500                              -

RA00D126                    1000                              750                              -250

RA00D131                    750                              500                                -250

I need only negative excess to be shown in the data presentation.
