how to retrieve a dimension   according to expression output?

suppose

i have many names repetedly comes for ex(a b a b c a a)

if we hvea coloumn name,price,week,top1,top2

now we have to caluculate total values of a,b,c of coloum(name) as per output 1st greater one wil display in top1 for whole week top2 for whole week

for example a total in week(w1) is 1000 ,b 800,c 100 lik data has to to be in top1 and b has to be in top2

Hi Suri,

In the chart properties you sort the values in the descending order so you will get the top values at the top  and if you want only the top 3 or 1 in the straight table you have the dimension limit option you can check this accordingly.

or you can try with the ran function too

i think data is not proper in you qvw. load your excel with embedded label
