Reduce Data before reload

Hi I have a qvw file which reload every hour. But after some runs the counts on the report does not match.

So I want to reduce data before every run. I know I can do it manually, Is that any way to reduce all data automatically,

You can use macro, ActiveDocument.ReduceData, but the questions is - what are you trying to achieve?  Reload will load all data anyway...
