Regarding changes into NLS_LANG parameter for oracle client

Hi,

I have made changes into NLS_LANG parameter for oracle client as one of the job was failing with the below error:

“QVX_UNEXPECTED_END_OF_DATA: SQL##f - SqlState: S1000, ErrorCode: 29275, ErrorMsg: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-29275: partial multibyte character”.

Do we need to restart any application service for this ?
