Registration Sheet

Hi ,

Can i provide the User to Create a Registration Page i.e;

User should be able to enter the UserName,  Password, and ConfirmPassword  from the sheet itself. Then user need to click on the button  to save his details

Is it possible in Qlikview10 Personal Edition ?
