Reload Failed

Hi I am getting this information, whenever a job is getting failed and even if i run the job manually, the task is getting failed. Can anyone help me?

I have tried restarting the qlikview server component, distribution component and under status>services, all the services are running. Don't know how to resolve the issue.

Hi,

this is an oracle error and indicates that something is wrong with an oracle file named "tnsnames.ora". This file is used by oracle clients and odbc to receive Oracle-Server Parameters.

There are too many possibilities now: Rights ? Exists ? Path correct ? Overwritten ?

Try to connect with another tool (i.e. access, SQL-Client) to your db-server.

In doubt: Ask your db-admin, he/she should be able to help you easily.
