Reload Qlik Sense Applications every 1 minute or Continuously

Hello All,

I have a task on qlik sense to reload an application continuousy, although in the QMC i only have an option for hourly reloads or higher than that.

How can i perform reloads of a smaller frequency?

If you select hourly, you actually get the option to define the number of minutes. Confusing name, I agree.
