Reports Uneditable

Didn't find a resolution to this out here so posting as a placemarker...

Reports are greyed out and not accessable from QlikView Desktop Reports menu. 

Resolution is to ensure that a default printer is set.  Once a default printer is set, reports are again available for edit.
