Reposervice error -QlikView NPrinting 17

hi folks..

   am sure i used purchased licence for NP17 server and i used username CALs for qlikview desktop so i lease the license with qlikview server but reposervice in scheduler log file shows error like below

how this error sported in my log file how can i resolve this?

anyone suggesting me ???
