Resident Load Issues

Im wondering if anyone could help I havee done a resident load from one table to another by the date field isn't coming through, could anyone advise on what the problem might be?

Hi

Qv is case sentitive, did u check the fieldname spell and is available in that table name once?  can you say in detail?
