Resize Column inside Container

There are not allow to re-size the column in pivot table and straight table inside the container via Access Point. It is possible to re-size the column in previous version but not in version 11 SR12. Is it is a bug in version 11 SR12?

I noted the same issue in latest version 11.2 SR13 using AJAX client, IE plugin works fine.

Is there a patch to fix this problem ?
