Retrieving an image from qlikview

Hi everybody, I am having an issue trying to use a text object to display an image from the internet. It works fine when the url ends with an image extension(.png, .jpg), but the problem is that I have a service retrieving images using url that does not end with an extension, so I am guessing qlikview assumes is not worth trying the url.

My question is, if it is possible to bypass this behavior or any workaround you know of?

It is important to notice that the image is intended to be in constant change.

Hi guys, I just solve it. I added a dummy parameter to the url ending with an image extension and that was it, it worked.

url: http://server/p1=&p2=&dummy=file.jpg

Hope this helps if you ever dealing with the same issue
