Rolling 13 Period

I am trying to create a line chart to show a current 13 Rolling Period and a Previous 13 Polling Period. I am able to do this when selecting a year, so I can show year over year with the following expressions

C13 - SUM({<fiscal_yr = {$(vCY)}>} PNS_DAY)
PR13 - SUM({<fiscal_yr = {$(vPY)}>} PNS_DAY)

The issue is that when I select a period it filters to just chart the selected period. I can determine the beginning and end periods need for each rolling 13 lines, but I do not know the syntax to pass that into a SET Analysis forumla. Is there a way to express a range in the Set Analysis? I tried the example from help and have not luck with it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am attaching an excel spreadsheet that has sample data that represents the data I am using.
