Hi all,
I'm trying to achieve something that looks simple enough, but I don't seem to get the right results.
I would like to have a table like this one:
| Month | Sales | Sales PrevMonth | % Growth |
| 1 | 100 | 50 | 100,00% |
| 2 | 200 | 100 | 100,00% |
| 3 | 300 | 200 | 50,00% |
| 4 | 400 | 300 | 33,33% |
| 5 | 500 | 400 | 25,00% |
| 6 | 600 | 500 | 20,00% |
| 7 | 700 | 600 | 16,67% |
| 8 | 800 | 700 | 14,29% |
| 9 | 900 | 800 | 12,50% |
| 10 | 1000 | 900 | 11,11% |
| 11 | 1100 | 1000 | 10,00% |
| 12 | 1200 | 1100 | 9,09% |
Can s.o. advice me on this!
Best!

Hi Maya
This is a perfect example for InterRecords!
Make a Chart (Straigt or Pivot) and use Month as your Dimension.
Expression for Sales:
=Sales
Expression for SalesPerMonth:
=above(Sales,1)
Expression for Growth:
=Column(2) / column(1)
The Sort is the most importent thing! This example is for Month sortet Numeric Ascending. If it sortet the other way, type "-1" for the second parameter!
I would suggest to check out the Helpfile for InterRecords because there are lot fantastic functions like this!

Hello,
I think the expression for growth should be:
= Column(1)/Column(2) - 1
