Saving Report Print Margins

Hi,

For some reason I am unable to properly save my report print settings.

I go to Reports->"Name of Report"->Layout

I'm trying to change the margins of the report to zero for all, but it does not seem to save properly,

Every time I re-open the file, the margins are back

Can anyone help?
