I have a document that has section access which has been working for the last few years without a problem.
Since upgrading to 11.20 SR5 my users have been denied access randomly. The document reloads every hour and usually the next reload has access grants access back - this seems to happen once or twice a day.
We have the section access loading in from a spreadsheet within a hidden script and reloading via publisher. Using windows NTFS to control file access.
Has anyone experienced this before? I have looked through the bugs resolved for 11.20 SR8 but I do not see anything resembling this issue.
