Section Access for 'Named' users and 'All other' users

Hi,

I want to do Section Access in my application. I want to define a reduce (Secation Application) for certain Users and a default reduce for all other user. How do I achieve this. I tried the following in combination with strict exclusion.

The goal is now, when I log on with user 'Test', it will reduce on 'JA'

When I log on with user 'Test5' (which is not in the list) will reduce on 'NO'

Turning off strict exclusion does not do the trick. Any idea how to do this?
