Send Alert Mail When Reload Fails and Execution of Scheduled Reloads Should stop without Publisher

Hello All,

I've scheduled few Qvw for reload. I want that If one of reload fails then an alert mail send and simultaneously reload of rest of Qvw should stop.

P.S. I am not using Publisher.
