Server Migration

What all steps needed to Migrate to new Server.

Currently the Server i am using has less RAM so for this reason i am switching to new Server with higher RAM.

I want everything same as exist in Current Server in new Server.

I have Services, Mailers and most important Data and Apps.

Kindly suggest how to start.
