Server error

Can any one help me ... My server is not working, though i have restarted the services but still it give a error message

Cluster Join Denied by ICON-PC. This could be because of mismatching version or document root

any solutions for this

i have re installed the server still io face the problm ... i have attached a screen shot for this

It's a guess, but maybe you installed the server in another machine and it's still running. If that is the case, Qv server would try to create a cluster, but it would not be available due to license limitations that you could get an error similar to this.
