Service Account cannot reload document w/ section access
I'm trying to reload and distribute a document with section access through publisher, and getting the error "Error Document open call failed. The document might require username and password."
I have the service account in the section access table with a blank reduction field and admin access. The document is currently using prompt mode. I can access the document using regular users and admin accounts with * in reduction field on qlikview desktop. Is there something I'm missing?
