Set Analysis Expression

Hi all,

If anybody could tell me an equivalent Set Analysis expression for the below

Count(Distinct If([Part of Headcount]='Yes' and [Start Date For Month] = CurrentMonth,[Emp ID]))

Note that the [Start Date For Month] & CurrentMonth are dates.

Please help.
