Set Analysis Not In

I have a listbox of hundreds of values.  I want to do a set analysis that says not value1 = x.  It seems like its easy to do make it equal but I can't figure out how to do a != type of thing or not in ('myvalue').

     -= is to represent not equal in set analysis

     Sum({<value1-={'x'}>} FieldName)
