Set Analysis - Nullifying

Hi All,

I have attached a qvw to solve, when Quarter is selected it displays the value correct, with Quarter is not selected it does not.

if you look at the qvw  i would want to calculate the MDF amount (cells marked in green) when growth vs avg column value >=0.

Please find the attachment if you can solve.
