Setup triggers for a task using QMS API

Hello All ,

Can anyone let me know if we can set dependencies using QMC API ?

For example ,If we have task A which should start on multiple events completed B,C .I was aware to setup in QMC but I need to know if we can do using QMS API and how ?.
