Sharepoint integration

Hello,

In my company's sharepoint I can display qw file but ı have a problem In order to explain my problem I can

give an example

I have a qw file called Employee details I wanna display the file in two places such as HR and Finance

I have category HR and Finance When I put the file into one of them (HR,finance) I can not display in other folder

İs there any way to show the file in both folders?
