If(WeekDay(tran_date) = 'Sat' and Day(tran_date) > 15 and Day(tran_date) < 21, 1) as Third_Saturday

If(WeekDay(tran_date) = 'Sat' and Day(tran_date) > 15 and Day(tran_date) < 21, 1) as Third_Saturday
