Show Profiles Access

Hello,

I want to show tab & Text corresponding to the user profile table.

For example : USER 1 can access to INITIATOR Tab & VALIDATOR Tab ONLY but Cannot access to others tab (just see others text tab with lock).

How can achieve that ?
