Sometimes 'Login Failed' on Access Point

Hi,

I have some strange behaviour when logging in on our Qlikview Access Point (QV10). Sometimes I receive an error 'Login Failed' (yes, I type in my credentials correctly).

When trying a bit later I don't have this error and i can work in it all day.

Did someone have this beehaviour too? And could you resolve it?
