Sometimes graphics do not change

Hi,

we using QV 11.20.12235.0 SR5 64 bit. Sometimes after reloading data the graphics didn't change anymory after doing a new selection. Therefore I always had to use my backup-file. Does anyone know about this problem. Or is there a range in the group by clause or a range of filesize of the qvw-file?

Sometimes I find that I have to clear the browser cache and clear the document state before changes to images come through.

Are you using QlikView Server or Desktop?

I use both. But the problem is on desktop after refreshing data.

It seems to be a bug to me.

You should collect evidences and involve Qlik Support Staff
