Special Icon format

Hi all, is there a way of showing the special icons in colour? The export to Excel icon is very "boring" XL. I have seen in other QlikView apps that it can be a nice coloured icon but I don't know how to do it. NB I am using 11 sr2.

The first icon below is a nice coloured one but all the others are grey.

How do I "fix" this?

Any ideas?
