Stacked area and waterfall

I need create a graph stacked area combinated with a waterfall.

In the attached file you can view an example.

I try to create a waterfall graph but I cannot obtain the stacked, when I try to add the new dimension the graph changes.

I try to start with the stacked, but when I try to insert the begin-gap for the second bar, I don't obtain the wished graph.

Any idea?
