Sum with set analysys not work

Hi all

i want have sum by year and month

i use this espression

=sum({$<AnnoDoc={$(=Max(AE)-2 )},Mesi={<=$(min)}> } ValTot)

wher $(min) is a variabile... but not work..

espression still ignore Mesi and sum all the month
