Survey Applications

I was curious if anyone has created a Employee Survey App? We are looking at possibly using QV to analyze the results. Our survey is the basic SA, A, D, & SD answers. Does anyone have any apps they would be willing to share? I'm just looking for a couple of example to convince HR this is the way to go. I appreciate any input!

I'm looking for a solution for that as well, thought I was on the right track when using trellis charts but ran in to some problems.

I also tried looping over a question and print to pdf but haven't been able to get working properly either.

Would be great if we could find a best practice for this.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to do this with best practices? It's a bit tedious to hard code around 200 questions. And even worse if something has to be changed 🙂
