Switching to HTTP tunneling ,Connected to server,negotiations timed out

Hi all,

When I open my security enabled file from server I am getting the error "Switching to HTTP tunneling ,Connected to server,negotiations timed out".If I open the file in IE, am getting the error as "qvp://servername/file could not be opened".

What might be the reason for this?

Kindly help me on this.
