TAT Calculation with Excluding saturday,sunday and Holidays!

Hi Experts,

I wants to calculate TAT in between days like Assigned Date and Completed Date but by excluding holidays and weekend(Sat ,Sun). And also there is one condition if that request is within tat then TAT remarks is Within TAT else Exceeds TAT.

Type Request	Benchmark TAT
Simple	T+3
Medium	T+7
Complex	T+15
