TOTAL Average is different

Hi guys,

I calculate total average by column in QV.

Then I export this table in excel and calculate total average by column in excel.

I get different results.

Do you know why?

I found why. Some surveyID have 0 as result. QV doesn't show 0.

How can I show 0?

Hi Vladimir,

In the Presentation tab of the properties, uncheck the flag "Suppress Zero-Values".
