Tab disappeared after the domain changes

Hello

We had our domain name changed recently, so we eliminated old domain user names and add the new domain users to assign the cals.

The user used to add a sheet in the access point when they want to do their own charts.

After the domain change, they can't find their 'working' sheet (tab) anymore.

Is there a way we can retrieve those?

we are still on v10.
