How do I obtain a 30-60 day temporary server license in order to facilitate upgrade of QlikView from 11.2 to 12.4 while also moving it to a new server? We want both servers to be run in parallel for testing purposes. We would like to get a temporary license for both our Qual environment as well as or Prod environment.
Our VAR has been giving us a bit of a hard time in getting us what we need.
You need to contact your Qlik account manager to make this request. If you don't know who your account manager is, then reach out to Qlik Customer Support for assistance.

Jeremy, sorry for the confusion on Chip's post, am not sure he caught the Value Added Reseller (VAR) portion of things, which means you likely do not know your account manager on our side. What I would recommend is contacting our Customer Support group, they should be able to assist you in getting in touch with the person that manages your VAR partner, that should hopefully help get a dialog going that will be more productive for you. You use the Chat agent on Qlik.com or call into the support line but be sure to choose Customer Support in this case, not Technical Support. Hopefully this gets you on a better path.
