Text Object

Hey guys,

please I have a text object and I choose not to allow to move it or size it but I still can move it.

Please what should I do so i can forbid moving it

Go to sheet Properties > Security > un-check  move/size objects

Ideally it should work , I am wondering you have multiple text objects and it allowing one to move and restrict the other
