Text boxes overlapping inspite of conditional formatting

Hello All,

I have a query with regards to conditional formatting. Currently we have hosted a dashboard on a UAT environment. We have used conditional formatting for all of the text boxes being used on the dashboard, however on the access point, inspite of the conditional formatting being in place, the text boxes persist to overlap. Can't figure out the reason for the same.

Could someone please assist?

There may be the case with transparent background of any one of the textboxes.

Could you please elaborate on the case of the transparent background? As all of the textboxes that we have used are transparent.
