Hi All,

I have a problem that the Publisher can´t generate a report in PDF, the log is:

Failed to generate files. Filename=\\10.255.0.36\DistributionService\1\temp\6af17699-2ccf-4959-acef-b32ca9327be3\8b56dc49c3554cc2a4a066c2541c709a.pdf.

Exception=System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file '\\10.255.0.36\DistributionService\1\temp\6af17699-2ccf-4959-acef-b32ca9327be3\8b56dc49c3554cc2a4a066c2541c709a.pdf' because it is being used by another process.

Anybody knows how I can resolvethis problem?

Try shutting the virusscanner program off, if you have any running.
