1) In the tutorial, LESSON 12 LAYOUT THEMES, the text says "Go to Layout - Theme Maker Wizard.". This is, I think, not correct: I finally found it in "Tools - Theme Maker Wizard". This whole chapter becomes impossible to follow until the correct link to the wizard is found.
2) The QlikView help is no help either, as it is also wrong, stating: "You start the Theme Maker wizard by choosing Theme Maker Wizard from the Layout menu."
