Time Format

I have a time field that is a Char(18) from the source db.

When I bring it into Qlikview the format is 00.00.00.000000

How do I translate it to a true TIME format?  I have tried several variations but the all come back as "-".

Have you tried with time# function?

Yes.  It does not return at number.
