Total row in pivot table with extra row data

Hi Gurus,

I would like to add a extra row to pivote table / normal table to add it to grand total row.  I want to add Cost row to table and the use that in grand total ( after Cost).

Region	Coutry	Sales	Fee
Eroupe	United kigndom	200	10
	Spain	300	20
	Germany	650	50
	France	200	15
Cost		200	30
Grand total ( after Cost)		1150	65
Grand total ( before Cost)		1350	95
