Transition Matrix

would like to make a transition matrix from the delinquency that customers may have.

To better explain, for example, a customer may have delinquency 'to date' in January-2013 but being in 'from 121 to 180 Days' in January 2014

As I can replace delinquency as dimensions, previous and other current? Set analisys or Alternate States is used in dimension but how?
