Triggers Kicking Me Out

I have started to use triggers in my reports "Settings | Document Properties | Triggers"...

Periodically (and it normally requires a reboot of the server to resolve) when I click on the triggers tab in dcoument properties I am kicked out of my QlikView report.

Does anyone else have this issue / can give me some pointers to resolve?

I am currently on version 9.00.7440.8 SR3....

Any help greatly appreciated....

I have the same version. And I don't have any problems with triggers.

There is a headache when you setup trigger on a field action and after that you open a dashboard without data. So there is no field, there is no trigger. And you need to setup the trigger for the field after reload again. But this is expected behavior.

I will give the Standard answer. Try upgrading to SR5 and see if it goes away!

Have upgraded to SR5 and this is still happening.

Have done some investigating with our Network Manager and have found that this might be related to a ntdll.dll clash.

At the time of writing it looks like Adobe Reader may be the offending program but we will need to do more digging.

We are running 32 bit QliKView on a 64 bit processor (unable to get 64 bit OBC drivers for our system just now)...

Faulting application Qv.exe, version 9.0.7502.8, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.4455, fault address 0x000506f3.

The above is the error message we are getting for the QV.exe program in the event viewer when this happens...

Anyone any ideas....

Thanks Joachim.

Have written to support asking when this is going to be fixed as this is causing me some real grief just now.
